Default High Mileage concerns

Have an 03 with 86,000 miles. Put 20,000 per year on as daily driver. Thinking about 100,000-200,000 miles. Any concerns that I should have?

Thanks

I should stop my NA-t setup and go that route.

didn't the 7M come with VVTi in 03?

On a serious note, i think you might be in the wrong section buddy. As long as you've kept up regular maintenance (oil changes, timing belts, etc.) you should be fine for another 100k+
