Default bad wheel bearing causing poor mpg?

after doing a complete tune up, cap rotor spark plugs and wires, timing belt ect ect, my gas mileage dropped. but that cant be right correct? i put on some light weight 350 rays engineering track rims as well not to long ago. at first i didnt know that i had hubcentric rings on and was driving with them on w/ the rims ontop of that. the wheels were wobblin and shaking my steering wheel pretty bad as well. stopped at a tire shop and found out the hubcentric rings were preventing the wheels from sitting flush. the have been on my hubs for soo long that they practically fused onto the hub! the tire shop guy banged that crap out of it to break it off. probably drove about 15-20 miles on the freeway like this. now my front left wheel is kinda loud and the right so so. so i think the wheel bearings may be bad and that may be the culprit to my loss in gas mileage. what can it be? it used to be close to 19-20 mpg city/highway but now its barely gettin close to 17.8-18. help me out b/c premium is a ***** to get!! i still have perfect alignment though so im stumped on this. tires on the wheels are 225/45/18 front and 245/45/18 rear. probably about 40lbs a tire
