Default Na-t or 2jz gte swap?

I was just wondering which is better to do,a 2jzgte swap or na-t?
On the n/a is the compression higher then the gte? Which is a better route for the long run?

Mine=GTE swap better in the long run but NOT easier. Ask more specific questions and search a lot.

agreeded with above, only difference in blocks is the oil squirters. (like vtec) lol [vtek ftmfl]
back to it though, doing the gte refreshes the engine with a less mileage one and the gte head looks sick(only reason why i didn't go 1jz).
