I want more power out of v8 sc4!
I have a 94 sc4 any suggestions in how I can get more power out of this v8. I DON'T WANT TO SWAP TO 1 OR 2JZ I want to keep my v8.

For a horsepower increase:
Upgraded fuel system, aftermarket ECU, used Eaton M-112 blower on custom intake manifold and a rebuilt/upgraded transmission with a performance stall convertor.
However, being in CA... you can't do those things :/ All the things needed for a 1UZ to make more power are going to fail your smog tests.
Things that help performance *around* the stock engine:
There is a slight modification that can be done to the transmission to influence the way it shifts (ie: slightly more response). I am not familiar with it personally but I know it exists.
Another thing you could do is swap from your stock 3.92:1 rear differential to an SC300 M/T or GS300 4.08:1 rear differential to make the gearing more aggressive. And use a YellowBox V4 speedo corrector for that. You could also do 4.27:1 but that might throw off your emissions too much.
Finally, a swap to a W58 5-speed manual gearbox from an SC300 or Supra MKIV NA will do a lot over the automatic transmission. However I am uncertain if this can be legal in CA at this point also.
Other than that... yes, an LS1 swap with all the emissions gear is the only other way to really jump in horsepower in CA. That, or a USDM 2JZGTE with all its emission gear.
