Horse Power Gain
what kind of HP will my GS4 gain w/ srt intake & race ecu , l tuned exhaust , TC? what would the horse power be up to ? 350hp? that would be nice but probably not realistic, right? 
what other things can i do? dont want to mess w/ turbos or SC too much money
any other suggestions?

TC. It will not increase your HP. It just gives you more TQ at startup.
Ask around, it's the best performance upgrade you can do w/o FI.
Try do a burn out at dead stop, it's hard with stock TC. But with a 3000 rpm TC, you'll do burn out at each stop light
