if you are asking that kind of question that means you probably have not done that kind of job before.

i would suggest finding a copy of the service manual first.

PM me your email address. ill send you the drivetrain section of the manual.

a 3 or 4 foot extension and some PB blaster. I did this on a Lift and did it in about 2 days. For you i would give it a least a week or two.

2 days on a lift. i did mine on a lift in less then 5 hours for the whole job not counting the flywheel resurfacing time. i started at 3pm one day. took everything off and gave the flywheel to get resurfaced. picked it up in the morning and put it all back together before noon.

if you want to make it quick then take off the exhaust in one piece. disconnect from the header and drop it. i did it alone. much easier with 2 people though.

It takes me about 5 hours to tackle this job in my garage. Do not forget the clutch alignment tool!

I'm still a noob at this stuff and i also screwed myself when i ******ed up the rear main seal while replacing it (BTW good thing to check while you're under there). Next time I'm under there i know what to look for and what needs to come off in the end. I also did it with an extra hand and that helps a ton. Also i left the exhaust on, didn't cause me enough trouble to remember, but if you feel like you need to then take it off.

Tools: 3/4" socket set, 2'-3' 3/4"extensions, 3/4" swivel adapter, and a friend (from what I remember) PB/ or WD40

take center console off, remove shifter, lift the car as much as you can (assuming you are doing it in your garage),Pull exhaust off, I removed the full drive shaft started at the differential then the center piece, Disconnect the speed sensor and I forget what else was there, spray down all the bolts with pb/wd40, go get food/drinks, remove the bolts, use the long extensions for the top bolts (this is what took me the longest to do I used a jack to tilt the engine making the rear of the engine go down) Once you get those it's easy. I might forgot some steps.. it's been a while.
