Default Driveshaft and Flywheel aluminum vs steel

Well I been doing the R154 swap into my car. (No big deal it has been done I am documenting everything I am currently doing and I will post it once I am done.) The more I read the more that I have noticed people questioning aluminum vs steel. Some claim that the flywheel will blow up because it's aluminum and wont hold up to the torque in the high hp group. I haven't read much about the 1 piece aluminum drive shaft but wouldn't this be questioned too if aluminum is not as strong as steel? Have any of you heard/seen about an aluminum flywheel just shattering because of the amount of torque the has produced? I figured if we could bust or confirm this topic we can all know what we are dealing with.

aluminum flywheels have been run in all sorts of cars safely, if you are crazy paranoid- buy a chromoly flywheel.

if you are seriously concerned, try searching this forum or supraforums for kaboomed flywheels

I haven't seen anything on broken aluminum flywheels at all, but I have seen people question their durability. I searched and I have noticed cars producing big numbers using them too. That's why I brought it up.
