Is this My heater Control Valve
My heat wont work and im not sure if this is my heater control valve. If it is are the correct hoses attached because one is dangling as you can see in the picture and there is a plastic peice sitting where i believe that hose is supposed to go.
Thanks alot guys... ok now what part of it actually fails? and do you see that plastic piece close to the harness on top of it? What could that be? And Msc300 is yours hoses connected that same way or does mine not look right? Just asking since yours actually WORKS lol

I gotta put my 2 cents in on this...I just recently replaced mine as well and I was lucky enough to get the entire unit for only $50...The damn Lexus stealership wanted $396 for the entire unit and the only part that needed to be replaced was the plastic valve itself
...I guess the reason why it's so expensive, is because there is an electric motor and solenoid that operates the arm that opens and closes it...Funny thing too, is that the Lexus dealerships always seem to have this part in stock, since I'm guessing that this part is very common and is known to go bad and start leaking.
