Default Time do decide 1jz or na-t

we i am getting ready to start bulding my motor i have 2 jobs now so i want to finish this car by summer so the turbo will be a gt## but here the deal.

my 2jz has 186k on the motor i wanted to do a 1.5 jz setup but dealing with a motor that has high milage i dont wanna have the motor done and the block craps out. so what should i do if i go na-t i will spend bout 2500.00 less in parts but i might a ***** load of repairs to do. so i rather get a lower Milage motor to spare me some bs in the end since everything on ebay is about 30% off i want to start to clean up house now while i have some spare cash comming in. so here are the plans
( plans are always subject to change :-)

so i will be ordring parts in the next 24 hrs

greddy or hks Ti exhaust
stopper HG
gt## turbo
sard 700cc inj
safc II(taking from 400 or fcon V , Greddy E Manage Ult)
t4 manifold ( ebay i like that those type there replicas of the greddy manifold)
SARD gauge setup including boost contoller again
hks cam ( can get a pair for 250.00 shipped)
268 or 272 cam cant decide yet
bltiz carbon intake ( i wanted to try this for bout 3 years)
total hp i want is bout 500-700
