Default Power Steering Question

I went to get my power steering fluid power flushed at a drive and shine, they do my sc400 all the time there. Anyway I took the 300 there, they did the power flush and I tried it out and I have no power steering. He tries it and noticed the same thing. I asked the guy what he used for the flush, he told me universal power steering fluid.... I told him that the book calls for dex 2 ATF fluid. He then flushed the fluid again with the ATF fluid and still nothing. So he told me to come back tomorrow since it was 15 mins till close and he was gonna figure something out. How bad could he of messed my power steering up?
