Default running intercooler piping?

Just wondering if anyone has pictures of their intercooler piping on either a 1jz or gte or ge. i ran mine but it is right about an 1 inch away from the ground and i cant run around like that. how my cold side is running is it comes out of the front mount and does a 90 degree then goes back till about where the pipe comes down then 90 right into that but like i said its about a inch from the ground. i was thinkin about relocating the battery and then cutting a hole right where the battery was and go down there. is that what most you all are doing? im just looking for ideas that will stop me from doing the hole. im interested in pictures if possible. thanks!

I just relocated the battery and cut a 4" hole. I also removed the windshield washer reservoir.

This is with a 1JZ. My IC is rather large and I don't have any problem with fitment, although the battery is relocated in the trunk, I think it could be done without moving the battery.

wtf, I don't get what you guys are doing or questioning. Supra and SC engine bays are nearly identical. Supra ic routing does not require relocating freaking battery. There are literally thousands of these installations and you guys are reinventing the wheel here. This is the most comon look after running ic piping. It worked for my previous TT and my T61 without modification. You will see this all over Supraforums and clubna-t

rykwebb, not to rag on you but fwiw and imho, you have the worlds finest hot air intake, located just above the hot side of the twins. You have a serious oportunity to relocate your intake grab cold air from the front of the vehicle. Your intake piping need not be more than 2.5 inches on twins or even a small single as all the eom pipes are that and smaller and you are running reducers to mate to them.

yep pretty much, lol. basically its this wood device that allows him to make the piping the same way everytime. so that way he doesnt have to eyeball everything.
