Default 1jz starter wiring. Need some help or ideas guys

So, after my 1jz swap, i had to wire a flip switch for the starter because i couldnt figure out the nuetral safety switch. My problem is that the switch wont work (when the key is in the "on" position) until the five "Chimes" (that happen when you first put the key in the "on" position) are finished. I would like to find a power source that i could use instead of the current one that would not require me to wait till it stops chiming.
To show you guys what i mean, i drew a picture of the stock set up and the current one that i have.

so if you could, give me an idea of where to get a good power source that doesnt have any delay. thanks guys

right now, the starter switch ALWAYS has power, even when the key is not in the ignition, as long as the battery terminals are connected, the starter will run when i flip the switch.

I ran a wire from my black connecter (under the steering column to the right its rectangular) to the relay box under the hood works like stock and you keep your relay so no worries about fire and things like that.
