Default 1jz swap electrical issue, HELP!

so, i have everything buttoned up on my 1j swap. went to connect the battery to start her up and right when i connect it, the car starts turning over....with the key in the off position. ive owned car for a year and a half with no issues with the 2j, did not touch the ignition system...i did bypass the neutral safety switch. the ignition works fine in all other positions and i can start it, just cant turn it off without the starter running again...any ideas? ive traced wires and cant seem to figure it out, any help would be greatly appreciated! and yes ive searched all over and couldnt find anything related

that means your starter solenoid relay is made at all times, you somehow bypassed the ignition switch for the starter position. do you have the electrical diagrams so you know what wires to chase where? is this an sc300 or sc400? i just finished wiring up my sc400 so i am fairly familiar with what wires go where.

Mines did the same. I hook up a tuggle switch for ignition and also the neutral safety switch. I considered this as an anti-theft device. Hope this help.

quicker to take a pic of my printed out one than find it electronically, but here is the whole starter circuit in an sc300, pick your path either your car was manual originally, or auto which means it went through the neutral safety switch.

if you start getting a crank as soon as you connect battery are you sure your ignition switch isnt messed up? or you didn't accidentally hook 12V up to EB1-3 or IJ1-6? if you are bypassing the neutral safety switch then you simply need to hook EB1-3 to IJ1-6
