Has anyone tried out these cheap $40 "cold air intake" kits that you can position the filter where u want it by bending/extending the snorkel?? do they work? any better than stock??

If they look like an accordion, I avoid them as the air will vibrate around and won't be as straight nor quick in its flow as say the PVC I like to use or the aluminum piping others prefer.

they look like the exhaust hose for a clothes dryer. so it probably would not be bueno. and i didnt get the hype of the BFI until i actually did it. so get to the hype and make a BFI.

I wouldn't use the Weapon-R tubing, for me it has to be streamlined. I actually mentioned this to Weapon-R a few times.
