Default Greddy Catch Can Contents, is this normal ?

This is the contents of my Greddy Catch can. I had no idea it would be this full. Its had about 14 months and 9k miles. Is this normal to have this gravy colored goo blend of oil and water?

Also, with out a catch can does this crap get sucked into the combustion chamber?

Thankfully No, lol, all fluids are normal and there is no consumption or leaks. The Mobil One syn oil drains dark amber. I've got an oil relo kit that with hoses and bigger filter adds ~1.25 quarts to capacity.

The engine is strong and runs well. I've just never checked the damn thing since I did the swap ~18 months back, 9k miles, and its been in and out of service over that time. There is never any smoke or blow by or water vapor from the exhuast.

It would be helpful if someone who actually has a Catch Can lets me know what they find/found in their's.

The car see's 16psi and some road track days, but that seems hardest on the brake as the engine enjoys a good flogging !

It almost looks like a coolant oil mixture, but not as thick and foamy. Do you run any sort of baffleing in the can? It is highly reccomended that you use some sort of stainless steel scrubbie, used for dishes and what not, so that the oil can collect on it and the other contents can be pulled out of the can.

haha. I know sometimes if your motor is like forcing oil into the catch can it goes fast and mixes air and oil makes it all frothy.

IS this a name brand catch can or an ebay special. I have seen where the cheap ebay catch cans use carppy fitting that can leak water in or oil out. I have also seen where they have been placed someplace where they can heat up and cool down fast causing condensation to collect inside of them... which may be your issue.
