so im trying to sell the car and this morning while going to work, i keep getting weird popping noises from the rear end. it gets wrost during right turns and the car feels like its going to slip and it makes the popping noises real bad also.. it kind of feels like driving with a 2 way LSD. then on the freeway if i accelerate a little hard i can feel the rear end slipping and popping.

my guess is that its either im low on DIFF fluid or the rear end bushing is done. anyone ccare to chime and and give me a little advice?

Try changing the dif fluid....Does not sound good to me...I thought maybe for a minute it could be wheel bearing or a bad axle joint....Good luck with the problem...

My Diff makes crazy sounds
no slipping but lots of poping.
I have a 2way with solid subframe mounts and diff. collars.
I am supposed to change my fluid every 3000
it's worth it.

You are one brave **** for taking that thing out on the freeway bro. When you hear noises like that, DO NOT DRIVE ANYMORE until you get it checked.I give you this advise from personal experience when I was young and dumb I did that with my toyota mini truck on the way down south on a surf trip and fried the tranny.

the diff is done, looking for oem or supra right now. metal shavings and chunks of metal was coming out of it. tranny is fine.
