Default help!!

Hey all I have a 95 sc400 and have been having an issue as of late, while drving the car seems to want to die but dose not, I got the idiot lights to come on but it did not die all the way, like it is shutting down. Also when you are driving at night and depress the brake the headlights almost go out!(somtimes). I am going to autozone to have the charging system checked, just wondering if any one had any ideas. Thanks Ryan

same problem as the other 200 threads posting the same thing you should have found in search

Alternator and/or ground problem. check ALL cables, clamps, connections relating to ground in the engine bay.

I had to do the same thing last week... I had to change out the battery clamps(old ones corroded) I got mine from the toyota dealership $15 each...and I also brought a cheap battery from walmart.

Well, your battery seems to be having it's power drained so...
...maybe battery and draining would help.

I don't understand why people like to vicitimize themselves when they're told to search. It isn't a hard task to do. Type some words, click some links, read some threads and you're good. Why make it sound like you're going to die if you try a little search?
