Which Engines are possible for sc400?

I can't give you any pointers I don't know what your final outcome would be.
If you were going the 2JZGTE route and the 6-spd, well hell do it since you're switching the tranny anyway.
Me myself I like the 1UZ, there's potential in this V8. My plans are TT, 5-spd. Although my route is probably alot more expensive than yours.

Well I have a lot of saving to do. I'm gonna find a couple buddies to work with me so that I can do the swap on my own and not have to pay some shop for mad labor.
Good luck on your route though. You'll be paying up the booty for gas though =[.
