Question Question about SC300 shifter ****

I Just discovered ClubLexus, my first question will be boring compared to most. I have owned my '98 SC300 for 3 years, and still love it. It's still nearly pristine (and all original - sorry all you mod-squaders). I want to replace my worn leather/wood automatic shift **** and understand other Lexus ***** will fit, (use the same threads etc.). I see some nice ones from late model GS and RX models on ebay. Can anyone tell me which ones will and/or won't fit? I like the all wood ones.
Thanks!
RS (former NSX and Corvette owner/freak)

P.S. (I posted my first question above to the wrong forum, and still got one good reply that SC430 **** will fit.)

I'm pretty sure just about any would fit as they all use the same threading, even aftermarket ones should fit if you find a nice one you like. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong. I know soembody who put an 8-ball on a 96 LS400 as a joke but it fit fine!
