basic timing
looked at service manual and there seems be not possibility to adjust timing advance in my 1994 sc400. Seems to be fixed at 10. Is that correct? Or it is possible some basic timing adjustments?

Well on the SC300's, what you do is loosen the distributor mounting bolt, and with the car idling with no accessories turned on, aim the timing light at the mark on the crank and slowly turn the distributor to adjust timing back and forth. Im sure its done the same way on the SC400s
PS. Yes the stock timing is 10 degrees before TDC
