Aftermarket 3.26 diff
Hello and welcome to the forums!
If your current 3.26 diff gears have been welded then you'll need to get another 3.26 diff to start with from scratch. Check the SF thread below where all the available donor cars that came with a 3.266:1 ratio are listed. Getting one from a 2002-2005 SC430 is probably the most drop-in option without having to swap the companion flange (which isn't a big deal if you need to). FYI, 2006-2010 SC430's came with 3.769 diffs.

As for the LSD... you've got a few options. The best of them all is an OS Giken Super Lock 1.5-Way. There's also the Kaaz Quiet 1.5-Way. TRD 2-Way LSDs are now used only but can be serviced. Kaaz and OS Giken also both make a 2-way versions of their LSDs. For the street it is highly recommended you go with a 1.5-way LSD.
I've had a used 1994 Supra Turbo Automatic Torsen T-1 LSD in my SC300 for 14 years (first with a custom 4.272 ratio and later with a full diff rebuild back to its original 3.769 ratio). It's great for lower power applications below 400-450whp max but at that point an aftermarket LSD is highly recommended as the Torsen T-1 begins to reach its limits of predictable behavior under certain conditions by 500whp+.
Plus used factory Torsen LSDs for these cars have been used only and pricey for many, many years. Whether one is right for you vs an aftermarket LSD (and assuming you can find a 200mm Torsen as they only rarely come up for sale and go very fast when they do) is a matter of personal preference. It has been my plan to upgrade to the OS Giken 1.5-way at some point.
To note: There also exists a JDM 200mm Torsen T-2 LSD that has superior characteristics to the much more common (in the U.S.) T-1. Late 90's JDM Supra MKIVs, late 90's Soarers and late 90's Aristos got this version of the Torsen for the differential type that we use. But they are VERY rare to find.

I believe it should, yes. Same diff shape and bushing locations as our diffs as I recall. You will need to swap over your SC300/400 companion flange. Follow the SC300/400/MKIV TSRM procedure for that with the correct torque using a dial-gauge torque wrench and with a new OEM crush nut.

Ok I've got the ls430 diff ready to install. Just having trouble find the tourqe specs for the driveshaft, half shafts, main mounts and the 3 hex bolts on the back. Should I be looking for ls430 tourqe specs since that's the diff I'm using?
