bighit -it's a 10 pass, but I have been waiting for 3 weeks and left 4 messages for the WSP to call be back to inspect it before I am actually able to 'rent' it out - right now it's insured and all that jazz, but I don't have the proper permits as I have to wait for THEM to call me back! Kinda frustraiting, not to say I can't just take some 'friends' out though...
