My NX came with the following tires (or tyres, for you non-US owners ):

Yokohama Geolandar 225/60R18

Question: They do not appear to be unidirectional, is this correct?

Usually you would see a message and arrow about direction of travel on the sidewall...I don't see one so you should be fine.
