Lexus NX 200T
I recently purchased a new 2016 Lexus NX 200t, when I turn the steering wheel left I hear a knocking noise, I brought it back to the dealership to have them look at it. They have replaced several parts and have had my car for 3 weeks, I called corporate lexus to get a case manager on the case, the latest is that lexus sent an engineer out to look at the car. The dealership told me that the engineer drove 5 NX vehicles and the knocking noise is normal operation for the vehicles. I told the case manager that I wanted my money back and that I wasnt going to pay in the mid thirties for a luxury vehicle that makes knocking noises. If i buy a luxury vehicle I expect it to be as quite as a church mouse. Does this sound normal?
