Did Valve cover gasket. Are there spark plug tube seals?

Default Did Valve cover gasket. Are there spark plug tube seals?
I did my valve cover gasket but I saw a few people posted about Spark plug tube seals.
Does the 2000 GS300 have spark plug tube seals?

I used a felpro valve cover gasket for the 2nd time. And it game with a 3rd gasket that look identical to the Driver side gasket. Any idea why?

No, this engine does not have spark plug tube seals

If you look further there you will see this:


Your 2JZ-GE does not have spark plug seals.

Kit comes with 2 valve cover gaskets for the intake side because it covers both VVTi and non-VVTi engines. Use shorter one for VVTi and the longer one for non-VVTi.

what do you mean, “Drivers side gasket”?

The GS300 (2JZ-GE) has two cylinder head covers mounted along the cylinder block.
If you are standing in front of the engine, one head cover (intake) will be closer to the driver's side, the other head cover (exhaust) will be closer to the passenger side.

Gotcha, if your burning oil , u might not to replace your valve spring keepers and also valve seals are frequent problem with the 2JZ
