So this happens fairly often at different ChargePoint chargers. It starts charging and within 15-30mins it stops drawing power then I get a notification from the ChargePoint app that it’s not detecting power draw. The app and the charger itself says “Charging Complete” but it will start charging again like 30mins later while both say the “Charging Complete” still. Anyone else experience this?
Can't say I've seen that. I'm only using our home-installed Chargepoint, so not sure if that makes a difference. Cold temperatures or anything going on perhaps?
Can you charge at home/somewhere else and notice if it's different? I guess I'd start there.

I don’t think it’s a cold weather issue. I’m in SoCal and it’s been happening all year (summer included).
This has occurred on different ChargePoint chargers at different locations.
I have a JuiceBox at home and never noticed it but I checked my graphs and there was one day. See below.

I’ve only seen this once with my home charger. I recommend contacting ChargePoint
I wonder if this has something to do with the RF4 (XF4) DC DC converter recall. Could a faulty converter cause this stoppage. I haven't taken mine in for the recall because they don't have a solution in Canada.
Okay, I'll ask the dumb question, where do you see this graph? I have not seen this in order to see if my charger does this. Can you tell me where or how to get to the graph?

Apologize for not knowing. Thanks

Okay, I just checked my ChargePoint App.
I went from Florida to my cousins in Tennessee last weekend and used the 120V charger and noticed there was a break in time. It was plugged into one of his garage outlets. So I too noticed it is doing what the OP showed.
I scanned my list and noticed there were a few breaks using my Home 240V charger as well. Having said that, 95% of the time it is solid with no break in time.
Not sure what is going on BUT I have noticed shortly after plugging in I'd step out into the garage and the car sounded like the engine was running. I recorded it to ask the Service Rep about why it is so loud and racing when plugged in. I haven't been back to the dealer since 5,000 mile check but I will when i go back. I'm NOT saying that is what it is or could be, it is just an observation I've made after plugging in. The loud sounds will start and stop but it typically runs like that for maybe 20-30 minutes before quieting down.
I have the RX450h+ and noticing similar behavior. Just got a ChargePoint installed at home and with the app, seeing the same pause for about 20mins before continuing charging. The app shows 0 kWh draw during that time.
I do notice during the pause the car makes a loud noise from the engine compartment, perhaps a fan? wild guess is that maybe it needs to cool off the battery before it will charge?
re-reading the thread - the noise is similar to what @SgtLip wrote:

What is the temperature when your start charging. Did you just finish driving before charging? It could be the car is trying to warm or cool down the batteries before charging.

Your level 2 charger is supplying a lot of power compared to the included charger. The vehicle's power inverter has to dissipate the extra heat generated by the higher charging rate, so it turns on the cooling fan. I suspect that's the noise you hear.
Not sure why there is a drop in charging at the beginning of the cycle, but the one at the end is normal. I have an Emporia charger, and it usually works at full capacity with only occasional short dips (not more than a minute or two.)
This is my level 1 charging chart. There are times where it will dip.
I don't see this as an issue. The car is doing something - could be cooling down the battery or heating it up or pausing to ensure destination time is as close as possible. This chart is with the new DC-DC.
