Hi just got New NX350H base model, trying to find out where is digital key form the APP, could someone help?

 

Base model does not have the digital key. I don’t have a hybrid, so not sure if it the same packages apply. You may be able to add it on as a subscription, but not sure.

 

I do have one subscription not apply yet, but I m not sure if is this sub didn't see any info on it.

I believe the Remote Connect subscription provides the digital key which can remote start, lock, unlock your car.
the drive connect offers voice command and navigation.

 

i still can lock unlock without sub, but need some more info about driver connect.

 

DRIVE CONNECT subscription has: Intelligent Assist (voice commands), Cloud Navigation (map coverage) & Destination Assist (24-hr access to live agents to help locate destinations.

REMOTE CONNECT comes with DIGITAL KEY. You can give others access to your vehicle via digital key (Lexus phone app.)

I don't think you want the Drive Connect subscription. According to Lexus:
The Assistant and Drive Connect Intelligent Assistant enhance the traditional voice command system. They enable the customer with a natural and easy-to-use way to interact with the in-vehicle features through a voice-first approach.

The Assistant comes as a standard functionality on select model year 2022 or newer vehicles. A Drive Connect subscription is required to have the Intelligent Assistant feature. You can subscribe to Connected Services using your Lexus app.

 

Remote connect has been sub but just can't find the digital key option in APP

 

On mine, just below the car photo, there are 3 options: Lock - Start - Unlock ... and then below those options, there's an option "Remote & Digital Key Sharing"
If you don't have those options then you may want to call Lexus Enform support: (800) 817-8742 and have them troubleshoot your issue. Good luck.

 

I have shared my digital Key with my wife but she only has lock/unlock on her Lexus app. no remote start. Is there something i am doing wrong or is it a limitation of thr app that only the primary driver has access to remote start and other options TIA.
