First time with passengers in the back seat when it's been hot out. For some reason, we are finding the vents in the center console and under the seats aren't pushing air even at full fan speed. We have concierge turned on, and I checked the manual, I'm not seeing anything special that needs to be done. Am I missing something to get air movement to the back seats?

if I recall correctly there was something about passenger detection for Climate Concierge mentioned in the manual where if occupancy changed after the car was on/started it may not "notice"? Like, if you (the driver) got in the car and turned it on (with Climate concierge on) and THEN the rear passengers got in, because it was started before they got in - it wouldn't "see" them? I could be making this up... but maybe that's it?

Doesn't S-Flow direct the airflow to occupied seats? It was on, but both rear seats were occupied. I turned it off briefly, but it didn't make a difference, so I put it back on.Originally Posted by lsft
Is S-Flow turned on? You need to turn it off.
Update: it does work, but the fan has to be turned waaay up, and even turned up, the airflow to the back isn't very impressive.
I've noticed the same thing, airflow to the back is very low. Low enough I'm going to report it to my dealer. For a premium car it's pretty average.

I assume you checked that the wheel on the side of the vents is open. You might check S-Flow. If on, it’s supposed to only direct air flow to occupied seats (although it sounds like yours were occupied). Click Climate, then S-Flow.Originally Posted by jardlr

I think if you have s-flow on the vents in the back of the center console will only blow if the middle seat is occupied. When I had 2 passengers in the back the middle vents didn't blow for me either until I turned off s-flow.
