Default Frozen touch screen

Hello all,

We just received our 2022 NX 450h+ in San Jose and drove it home to San Diego yesterday. This is our second NX and 6th lexus. The hybrid engine did great in the drive and tech update is awesome.

Our touch screen has been non responsive since yesterday after arriving home. It displays the last thing we used which was the radio. Apple car play does connect but we can’t touch it on the upper left to select it. When someone calls the Apple CarPlay does connect and I can answer the phone call (on my phone) and the display shows on the screen. But nothing in the screen is responsive. The physical temperature ***** and volume **** works.
I’ve turned car on and off and drove it and all but screen doesn’t work. I’ve also pressed the vol button in and held it for various combinations of seconds hoping it would “reset” but doesn’t. It turns off and comes back on still frozen. I’ve contacted my sales person who is also a friend-he is reach out to his “tech guy” but I haven’t heard anything yet.

Has this happened to anyone here? I searched and couldn’t find anything.
Any insight and help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Think people have mentioned some bugs here and there, but performing a soft reset by holding down the volume button tends to fix them. Sounds like you've got a bigger problem that a service visit will hopefully resolve.
