Default Lexus Enform Services...

My account does not include this per lexus.com.

My 2022 NX350H with Luxury package.

This is the service that has VEHICLE FINDER. Yes our app shows where it was last parked, but this is different I assume.

Not sure if I dont have it because I am not paying, I dont understand. I think I have
Safety Connect
Drive Connect
Remote Connect with Digital Key
For 3 years.

But why dont I have Enform or how do I get it, I guess is what I am curious about. Confusing.

Vehicle finder is the only reason I care.

When I have my car highlighted at Lexus.com (not the app) and on the page for Enform Remote, this is what it says

The model selected is not equipped with Lexus Enform Services. Please select a different model within the vehicle drop down.

The app shows you the last parked location; however, Lexus can provide an exact vehicle location with a police report. None of the models have real time tracking for customers, if that’s what you’re referring to.

I am not sure about that, there is a feature on Enform services called vehicle finder.

Maybe that is the same thing as the part of the app that shows you where it was last parked but when I read about it it sure seemed more involved in that.

I’m not sure exactly how I found it but here’s the link: https://lexus2.custhelp.com/app/answ...vehicle-finder

Enform is the legacy platform for Lexus connected services. Enform has since been discontinued, and is no longer available for newer vehicles, and existing functionality has been ported to the Lexus App. I will note that enform used to allow me to transfer addresses from my phone to my car navigation, which doesn't seem to work since, however.

Someone Said the last Parked map on the Lexus app also shows where you are where your phone/app is I don’t see that on that map.

I can send addresses from the Lexus app to my car GPS. I choose find at the bottom right and put an address. Then I send it to my vehicle and it shows on my GPS almost immediately.

Interesting. Don’t see that on mine.

I also am trying to figure out how to add color to the navigation map on the big screen there, it’s almost completely black-and-white except for the blue line where you are driving.

looking at your picture above, destination details, that would not be on the Lexus app, what is that a picture of, Google maps?

My Lexus app doesn’t have any destination information on it.

That screen shot is from my Lexus app, not google maps. ** see below **

edit: can you attach a picture of your GPS that’s only black and white?

I will in a little while, can you show me what your navigation map looks like when you’re using the Lexus map on the screen in the car?

It is going to be the same as mine, I am pretty sure.

I am watching the Northside Lexus tutorials.

I highly recommend these. There are two parts. But this tutorial shows the map and it looks like mine. It just seems more color on the map would make sense and easier to view.

When you said black and white, I was thinking it was literally black and white. I was picturing a “dark mode” option. Yeah, it’s very basic and sadly disappointing. I wish there were more customization options for our GPS. I was very excited to purchase a Lexus with their GPS thinking it would be better than what I currently have (Google Maps, Apple Maps). It’s the most basic GPS I’ve ever used. I’ve only used the Lexus one a few times.
