My NX 450H has been sitting at the dealership since May 10 waiting for a new steering wheel to arrive which hopefully will make the dash light disappear and the lane centering function work again when cruise control is engaged. Last month car was at dealership for 5 days at which time they replaced a computer in the steering wheel for same problem and addressed the two recalls. Purchased car in February and so far car has spent 21 days and counting at the dealership. Like others I have had other common issues which have not been resolved.

Wireless charger only works for a short period of time. Phone does not always connect to car and my profile does not register sometimes. Thanks to this forum I learned how to reboot the computer without restarting the car and how to get the memory seat to work properly. Dealer states that Lexus is working on a patch for registering the driver profile and phone connection. Yes, i have registered my complaints with Lexus corporate.

Just curious if anyone else has had a similar problem with the steering wheel warning light (LKA & LDA).

 

I have the Orange steering warning in the HUD on my 350h when in cruise control. I assumed it just warned if I changed lanes. What are the two recalls? I had one regarding “Vehicle Stability Control System May Not Default to On”. I didn’t see a 2nd one?

 

2nd recall was for possible welds missing on shock absorbers. When my orange steering wheel warning light came on, it remained on for as long as the car was running and a message appeared to take the car to the dealer. My car is still at the dealer waiting for the part.
