I don't seem to have this tile in the Lexus app to be able to do voice commands. Here's a screenshot from the Northside Lexus video. The second screenshot is from my iPhone and you can see that I don't have many of the tiles as Melissa.

Thoughts?

I don’t have it either in the app, but I can still set it up via “Shortcuts” iPhone App.

Thanks for confirming @danieljchu . I have it setup via the shortcuts app, but was scratching my head that it was still within the Lexus Remote Connect app.

Also, when using the climate section of the app I'm only able to set the ambient temperature. In the video Melissa has many more options available like the steering wheel for example.

Climate did not show up for me either, nor did “Drive Pulse,” but recently I completely reset the car removing me from it entirely and for me that seemed to do the trick; however, I believe someone else tried that and it did not help them.

Interesting. I was wondering why the app didn't have these features, but I haven't come across "Drive Pulse" yet. Thanks for pointing that out. I wonder if they are releasing these features geographically?

Edit: In fact I do have drive pulse configured in the app, but I don't have video capture nor do I see where I can access trip information under drive pulse?

I reset my car and I got driver pulse, but didn't get the climate settings. The Siri shortcuts don't' seem to be available in Canada too.

The app logged me out yesterday and when logging back in I had Drive Pulse, but as @lsft still no climate settings. I was able to configure Siri shortcuts through the shortcuts app and starting/stopping or locking/unlocking the NX works fine just by saying "Hey Siri" followed by whatever command you chose to say to execute that command.

I wish the Drive Pulse data showed information on L/100 etc. Perhaps that's coming.

Had the chance to drive some canyon roads yesterday and while it's not my AMG I'm very impressed with the lack of body roll and passing power. Small rattle somewhere, but other than that it's an amazing vehicle.
