I don't seem to have all the climate control options in the app as shown in the video. I can only control temperature. Can't control seat heating or defroster etc. I'm running Android.
FYI, I was having trouble with Digital Key - in addition I did not have Recent Trips or Drive Pulse populating in the new iPhone nor the old iPhone app. I also only had the ability to change the temperature in climate, none of the other features were available to me.
This past weekend I did a system reset (on the infotainment screen) removing me from the car entirely, removed all bluetooth connections on the phone, deleted the app from my phone and reboot everything... then started from scratch - after doing this, absolutely everything above was resolved. What is new to me, under my account, data privacy portal, there is NOW a "Drive Pulse" acceptance - which I never had before on the old or new app - it wasn't an option.
I am not sure why everything is fixed this time around, I had done a system reset about a week after getting the car under the old iPhone app and the issues still persisted (tho digital key issues I had back then were fixed) something I read out there was to turn off “ACC Customize,” no idea what this does, but perhaps this system reset with that ACC setting off this time around had something to do with why everything now seems to be working?

Two hours and 25 minutes long. Perfect timing for my wife and I as we're picking up our new NX Monday.

It is great!
Question, before today when I would slow down to like 2-3 MPH, the infotainment screen would show what was in front of me, the street, etc. On the left side was an overview of the car, seeing thru to under the car. This would ALWAYS come on my screen if I was below 5 mph or whatever it was.
Now, I cant see that VIEW unless I hit the VIEW button or try to use "advanced park." Did I change something so that I cant see the road now, if you know?
Panoramic view monitor, I guess it is called. I am in the multimedia manual, still not finding it.
OK, found this info ● Touching the automatic display button [ ] turns on auto display mode. WHERE is the automatic display button? It looks like something with an A on it, but I cant copy paste the image.

By default, this was not on for me... and another user pointed out if you are in drive and I think turn on that view or come close to something so that view starts on it's own - there is a symbol on the left that sort of looks like a tea cup with an "A" in the top right - it's probably turned off, turn this on will cause the auto display to resume when you are less then ~5 miles an hour.
