Ordering a 350h, white, with executive package this week. Dealer quoted 4-6 months which is fine, just need it before the next miserable Canadian winter sets in. What do you all think of the brown “palomino” interior option? My local dealer actually has exactly what I want on the lot with a black interior but I declined since the all black interior doesn’t do it for me. But at least I got to test drive. It needs some contrast and all my other vehicles have been black so want to switch it up. It’s between the rioja red or palomino. Interested in your thoughts (I know it’s subjective).

 

I got black since it was on lot, but would've preferred palomino. It's pretty classy if you ask me. The red is pretty dark in the non F-sport trim and doesn't "pop" as much.

Black is very bland! And I dunno where in Canada you are, but if you get anything like the southern BC summer temperatures, you'll hate the black interior. My IS has the black interior and I can't tell how many times I've had to sit gingerly for minutes while waiting for seat cooling to kick in and drop the seat temperature to something more bearable.

 

I got rioja red. Personally when I saw palomino I didn’t like it at all.

I think white/red look great together. Dunno about white/cream-ish? Definitely subjective though lol

 

Nori Green with Palomino would be an awesome combination, IMO

 

My order is Grecian Water with Palomino interior, which I think it's gonna look sick! I've only seen one or two of that combo online and it looked really good.

I ordered Palomino, sadly I couldn't see it locally - as supposedly my dealership didn't have any interiors of that color. Black is too hot, don't like red. And on my trim, I could only pick between those + palomino.
What didn't you like about it? Just wasn't a fan, or was it too orange/yellow or something?

 

I think I’m just more drawn to dark colours so that’s why I like the black and red. The palomino isn’t an ugly colour at all and so many people think it looks absolutely amazing. I’m sure you’ll love it when you get it!

I test drove one with a palomino interior and was surprised at how yellowish it was instead of the tan colour it appears to be on the website. I didn't mind it too much but my wife definitely didn't like it. So the rioja red interior was an easy decision (cloudburst grey exterior).

 

I have Atomic Silver and Rioja red. It is like a burgundy. Almost chose palamino though
