2022 NX350 - Problems
I have already applied for the Lemon law - I need to wait 4-6 weeks - they also think mine is the brake actuator but are not sure. I still have the loaner while I wait. My car has been at dealer since march 19th - 1,800 miles

How did you go about to apply for the Lemon Law?
I had to call corporate and file a claim. They assigned a case number and a rep called me back. They sent an official letter acknowledging it and now I wait. I have been without the car for 55 days so I exceeded the 30 day threshold
Bit of a stretch but do you guys pop the driver's door open to check your path while reversing?
Lexus has adopted the German cars system of applying the Parking Brake if the Driver's Door is opened.
Plays havoc when a mechanic is aligning a car on a rack and tries the old technique, slams on the PB!

Not sure you got my most recent post. So repeating. The NHTSA requests that all consumers that encounter a problem with their car that could lead to a fatal accident should contact them. If enough people contact them, they will ask for a recall.

Not sure what to do,
I think I had this happen to me this morning. I was backing out of our driveway, but was not near the street just yet. There is a low brick wall around our landscaping, but I was nowhere near hitting it. All of a sudden, the car stopped and it said BRAKE! in red on the screen. I was thinking that it was because the sensors thought I was going to hit the brick wall...but I have been pulling out of my driveway this way for 14 years in a variety of different kinds of cars, and I've never had this type of thing happen.
I can't decide if I need to take it to the dealer, or it's just the sensor doing it's job. Thoughts?

My car has been at the dealership for 2 1/2 weeks, and they just called to tell me that there's nothing wrong with the vehicle. It's so upsetting! I'm not sure what I'm going to do at this point, as I don't feel like the car is safe to drive.
