When I press the trunk on the fob on my NX 350 the trunk only goes up about 2/3 of the way.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

 

I remember seeing a reset procedure in the manual - if you can't find I can look later today.

Easiest way is to just press up on the hatch (it will resist) to a higher point.
Press and hold the door edge "door closer" button until it chirps. New opening height set.
Harder method is to open the menu in the Driver Information Center (between tach/speedo)
using steering wheel controls. Set to 4 or 5 for a more open hatch setting.
