Dashboard rattles??
driver's left shoulder is very likely the seatbelt adjuster. the stamped steel metal rattles and clangs within its assembly --had the same issue on my new ES a few years ago. fixed it myself. could also be the b pillar panel plastics.
as far as the dash, those are the worst if its internal because no one wants to rip out a dash board. it almost never goes back the same way again as there's so many parts and its in an awkward spot to work on.

@Ihave1cat - Did your main 14 inch screen have the same squeak and creak when the temperature warmed up? I saw one of your older video showing the left vent squeaking. Mine is slowly heading towards that direction but the middle screen whole attachment is what's driving me nuts.

At the 5000 mile servicing I told the service tech that we weren't happy with the interior build quality at all and asked that they look at the three rattles. They kept the car for three weeks and claimed that two of the rattles were fixed and the third one in the A-pillar could not be duplicated (it is the worst one, and is the easiest to reproduce) I picked the car up and once the dash had a chance to warm in the sun the A-pillar rattle started again. I'm debating on whether to take it back or to instead start looking for the rattles myself. This is our first Lexus, it is also our last. We'll go back to plain old Toyotas.
I've noticed dash rattles in our '22 as the weather has warmed, which is a new issue. Living in an area about 2 hours from the dealership, I decided to see if I could ameliorate. I used an auto trim removal tool and jammed some black felt above the entertainment screen. It seems to have helped a bit.
Regarding the noise in the door pillar, try adjusting the seatbelt up or down. Good luck - these issues are very frustrating, particularly when they can't be replicated at the dealership.

I'm pretty sure I finally found the last (and most annoying ) one. Here's my theory: In hotter weather the dash expands horizontally and begins to rub against the inner door weatherstripping causing a sound that sounds like a rattle but is really a repetitive squeak. After letting the dealership keep the car for three weeks with no progress, I started working on it myself. I bought a cheap black plastic folder from Dollar General and rubbbed both sides of it with dry silicone to make it super slippery. Then I cut it apart and started inserting pieces of it into places the noise seemed to be coming from. After two days of this I had my Eureka! moment when opened the driver's side door and placed it as you will see in the attached picture. And it has been quiet since, even in the hot sun and on rought pavement. I ordered some teflon "squeak tape" from eBay today but I have some doubts as to whether I'll be able to place it exactly

where it needs to be. If I can't, I'll do the silicone and plastic thing again, but I'll do a lot neater job of it.

You know what's crazy? I had a 2014 CT200h that had similar issues with the weather stripping and by chance some years ago, I read somewhere that using Shin Etsu Silicone Grease to lube up and hydrate the weatherstrip will prevent it from being brittle and kind of dry rubbery hence the rubbing noise against the plastic parts. Some people swear by this and the Shin Etsu Silicone Grease will deeply hydrate the weatherstrip and keep it soft and decrease friction.
