So we had a Nissan with the 360 view camera in the past. My kids drive it now and it was a great tool for them as beginners. Both mine and my wife's car doesn't have it and we both regret not upgrading especially when parking. If we were to do it over again, we would definitely get the 360 view camera.
So we have a 2025 RX 350 H +. Love the vehicle but miss having overhead camera and front camera. The plus only comes with rear camera. Anyone know if it is possible to have an LEXUS overhead and front camera installed on our 350 H or is there an aftermarket brand? We have not inquired with dealership as yet. This forum seems to have better information than any dealership would. Any help would be appreciated

That’s a great question and I wondered for you myself so I googled it.
There’s lots of info and videos, but bottom line is they don’t advise installing a retrofit OEM system and if you choose to install an aftermarket one you could possibly void your warranty. At least that’s my understanding of attached below.
If you choose to install an aftermarket one and to get better aftermarket choices for your model, I suggest you just start a thread RX - 5th Gen forum.
Thanks for that info. I was thinking that was the case for OEM cameras. Aftermarket may be an option but the whole warranty issue is a game changer. Wife will survive without it. She just envious that I have it on my vehicle.
The process for realigning the four (4) OEM cameras after even a minor body repair such as the grille or tailgate is elaborate and time consuming. This is with the original computer from the factory doing the view "stitching". The factory setup also requires the larger dash screen which provides excellent resolution compared to the small screen. Any retro fit system that ties to the small factory screen would have a much different appearance.
I'd also echo the positive sentiment here, it's an awesome feature, but don't think it should determine the purchase alone, unless it addresses some of your larger parking concerns.
If your current car is moderately hard to park and the scratches and dents are self inflicted, then maybe spring for the NX. If it's impossible to park b/c of outside factors (like parking space sizes) and those dents are from others, then maybe the UX is better and you cross your fingers for good parking neighbors!
I street park our NX350h in an urban environment regularly without too much headache...though there's a handful of nights I wish it was 6.5" shorter.
Ha, from Cheltenham living in Upper Dublin now. I know that intersection well!

Howdy neighbors! In UD myself!
Regarding the pano view - wouldn’t buy a car without it! I also have the default backup view set to fish eye. Lots of tight parking spaces here and people fly through parking lots. I also like the feature where it shows the view of ‘underneath’ the car if there is something in the parking spot or to get additional perspective.
The NX is definitely not a big car but you should also check to see if the car on reserve has the auto park feature. I personally don’t use it as I don’t parallel park much but it could help with your concern about city parking. Although it is a bit slow and lumbering, it could help with tighter fit spots.
Forgot to add that the NX is 8 inches shorter than my current car while the UX is 14.5 inches shorter! Maybe I'm overvaluing the extra 6.5 inches to sacrifice the 360 camera and self parking for the NX?
My wife says we can't ever sacrifice 6.5 inches. LOL!
