I tapped on it it went to a full white, blank screen and stayed that way, nothing I could do could make it go away other than restarting the car or restarting the info system. Don’t know what that was about but what is this for, I don’t recall seeing it before?

The index in my manual goes from M to O, no “N” category.

 

I did that Saturday. If you wait a little bit it will go back. Actually more than a little bit. I almost went to reboot the radio 😂

 

Did you ever see a message of anything?

 

I've come across this a couple times myself. Both times I was too impatient and finally just restarted the infotainment system. Sure is a strange thing.

 

It was blank for me until I re-install all software. I think it's in the Utility screen

 

I don’t know how to reinstall all software but for now just let me know please once you did all that what happened when you tapped on notification center what information did it give you?

 

no just a white screen, then after a while it went back to the screen that has software update on it..

 

If you have not reinstall all software it will show a blank screen. I have seen that before. This happens after the system updated the infotainment system. And the system is still referencing the old system it will be blank. After it reinstall, it will show a list of notifications like destinations you sent to the car, etc...
