For the infotainment screen never use any cleaner with ammonia. There I use anything like Invisible Glass etc. Best $70 ever spent was getting a matte ppf installed on the screen. Same people that did our bumper headlights and mirrors. Blocks 99% of glare, of course layer of protection and eliminates 90% of fingerprints. Did both our 2023 NX and 2024 RX.
Pic of screen glare misleading screen is completely matte finish with no glare.
You can buy precut ones on Amazon. I would doubt quality and installation especially in my case. We had ours done by the same company that did our PPF. Has mine on the RX since March. Cleaned my screen maybe five times since March.
I have a precut from Amazon, but forget the name. It’s perfectly fine, but doesn’t reduce glare. The PPF would be the better solution. I use invisible glass on the windows, etc., but for the touchscreen, I use Whoosh. Great stuff and helps a little with fingerprints and dust.
There are nice tempered glass protectors on Amazon, there is one that has two variations, one is matte, and the other one is HD Clear. You pick whatever you like, I got HD Clear and have no issues
I take great care of my NX by washing it every 15 days. During the vacuum, I gently wipe down the screen with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Good quality microfiber that doesn't leave lint behind. 30/70 blend 300+gsm waffle weave towel for example.
Water if just wiping off dust.
If cleaning greasy fingerprints or nastier grime, 256:1 rinseless wash solution or stoner invisible glass,
Make sure to use ammonia free product and the most gentle product. Center screens usually have some kind of anti glare coating and you don't want to burn it with harsh chemicals
