New owner here, and approaching my first (6 month) service.
I see that I can request mods to my "personalized settings" at no charge, but I haven't been able to find what the options might be.
Can anyone point me to a list or any kind of explanation?

Look in customization and select in dealer only settings you would like changed. For example: fold mirror in on power off rather than lock, increase the number of beeps on BSM, text phone, text phone when 12 volt battery drops to 25% charge, etc. These options are shown as dealer only and are not available on all NXs. Check you specific manual for what is available on your year model and level.

Not the clearest layout. What are popular settings that others have had done?

 

Fold mirror when the car is OFF rather than when it is locked. Automatically change line faster, like after 3 blinks. Increase the turn signal clicking sound. I think those the once I changed on mine. You might want to go to the dealer and let them present you with setting you can change, like tell them I do not know what I can change, do you have all the options I can choose from They deal with this on the daily basis, so they would at least tell you what others are changing.

Wait, what? “text phone when 12 volt battery drops to 25% charge,”? Excuse me? This was available me the whole time? I can go into the dealer and set my iPhone up to get this text if the 12v is getting dangerously low???

 

Um, I did a quick check myself when I read this from midcow3, honestly I couldn't find a thing in manual about it or on the lexus app or the web.

 

Yeah, I suspect that is for another model because having that text would be too convenient! I wish the NX would get that message option.
