I did. My digital key was extended thru 2032!

I just got this offer but I cannot activate it. The link just takes me to a support page with no link to extend the digital key. What am I missing?

if I remember correctly, you have to fill out the form on the page (accessible the drop-down menus) and then they will get back to you by email with the activation confirmation.

I'm in the US and I entered the VIN for my 2025 NX and it reads "Your VIN is not elegible for trial extention"

That might be because you still have two or three years left on the free trial?

I finally called Lexus and they said I did somehow activate the 7 year extension on my digital key. The website is not user friendly and doesn't clearly show the steps to activate the extension.

I did get the extension for the digital key subscription. It took me several tries to get my key fob linked (again) but it finally worked.

Has anyone in the US received this extension recently? Or renewed it without the email invite? My 2023 NX 350 FSport's services expire in about 3 weeks and I did not receive the email. I went online via the link, followed the instructions, and plugged in my VIN and it says the vehicle not currently eligible for a trial extension.
