Default Fog Lights

Does anyone have or can get the Lexus TIS procedure to change the fog lights?

Take a look under the car, I think fog lights are the only ones that you can replace yourself. Should be pretty straight forward, just look under the cover, unscrew one put the other in, something like that I mean they are on the very bottom, I would not think it would be that difficult

They are compete LED Assemblies. What do you want to change? Is it broken?

There's a replacement fog-light in the Japanese market that can switch between yellow and the OEM color.

Wasn't sure if I had to remove the front bumper or if lifting the vehicle and taking off the under cover would be sufficient for access.
