I tried to find the thread where someone listed out the OEM part numbers but no luck.
It'll be a garnish, a bracket for each light, some bolts, and the lights themselves. You'll also need a smaller windshield washer fluid reservoir from a 2013-2014.
Washer fluid part number is: 85315-30460
There is also a Spyder kit on ebay for around $100 that will have all the pieces, but the lights are trash, so plan on replacing them. You'll still want the smaller washer fluid reservoir.
All of this, of course is without using the OEM wiring. You'll have to run that yourself if you want to use the OEM stalk or, just power them on by some trigger (ignition on, tail lights on, or a manual aftermarket switch)
The fog bezel/lamps were removed for US Spec 2016+ models. They were still offered on international models. I believe the part numbers for bezels are: Driver Side: 53141-30170, Passenger Side: 53142-30170 (see here for details: https://jp-carparts.com/lexus/part_d...&part=156753):
90167-50063The bolts to hold the fogs to the bracket. You'll want 8 of these.
90467-07215
From the diagram, it looks like you'll need 2 of these bolts for the bottom of the garnish.
90179-06349 and 90105-06298
From the diagram, it looks like you'll need 2 of these bolts and washers for the bottom of the garnish.

The OEM lights are the following but you can use any.
81210-48051
LAMP ASSY, FOG, RH
81220-48051LAMP ASSY, FOG, LH
Just a heads up, if buying the eBay/Amazon kit. At least with diode dynamics Elite fogs, I had to notch the bracket a little to let fog light be adjusted properly.
Also, for that same kit, one of the connectors to the fog light wasn't making good contact, so one light would flicker until I adjusted the connector.
