Received new 2025 NX350h Luxury 2 weeks ago. Trying to set up Home and other addresses in the Lexus APP.

When doing Lexus APP> Destinations (Favorites, recent, and sent to car)> Home - Set Up (Search for your home address)
I try entering an address but nothing is displayed. Only time something can be looked up is when I enter a point of interest like a business name, a park, landmark.

What am I doing wrong?

 

Found solution on ES board.

"I ended up contacting Lexus support. They acknowledge that there's a bug in the app. He had me temporarily turn Location Services permission to NEVER for the app. Then I was able to search for my address and save it. Afterwards, I turned location services back on.

I guess I'll have to do that every time I want to search for an address. Not a huge problem as I mainly use Apple Maps via CarPlay."
