Weird 12V Battery charging Policy

When you car is idle it will charge for sure, but when you are driving ... does it charge? You should be driving more than idling I assume?

On idle, the car is charging the battery (the voltage is 14.3V).
When driving, the voltage on the battery is 12.5-12.7V (90% of the time).

A 12-volt battery that's fully charged should read about 12.6 volts on a multimeter.
Typically a 12-volt lead-acid battery is charged at 14.2 volts during the bulk charging stage (i.e. when that battery has been partially discharged.) Once the battery reaches full charge the charger should go into a maintenance mode.
A 12-volt battery should be maintained at 12.6 volts to ensure it's fully charged and healthy.

The profile that you are showing appears to be correct/normal.
