Is there a low gas setting where you are notified on either the Infotainment Screen (14") or HUD when the mileage range falls below a certain amount? I know there is the actual mileage meter as well as a light that comes on the dash but sometimes those aren't as easy to quickly spot. I've had this feature on other cars but haven't been able to figure one out for this one.
I couldn't find anything specified in the owner's manual regarding a low gas notification on the Infotainment Screen or HUD. It might be worth checking with your dealer for more detailed information. Based on my experience, the low fuel warning light typically comes on when the distance to empty is around 20 miles or less. For reference, the manual states that the "low fuel warning light indicates that remaining fuel is approximately 2.3 gallons (8.5 L, 1.9 Imp. gal.) or less."
First to answer you question: (1) No HUD display of Low Fuel and (2) 14inch display (also 9.8 inch) only is the Current Fuel Consumption and History Fuel Consumption, no Low Gas screen)
You have several Low fuel warning items:
Gas Gauge ( green)
DTE (blue) -- This is displayed on the main screen if you have heads up display, otherwise you have to specify to display on multi-informational display.
Low Fuel ( red)
These should work for you in some combination so you don't run out of gas.
Some manual excerpts ( colored red, green, blue) are shown below. Good luck

Reason: answer question, low level fuel text description about 2.3 gallon reserve
It's mentioned in the 2022 Multimedia manual on Page 43:
If you're running Carplay, it will pop up on top of it. In my experience, it's not tied to the low fuel warning in the dash and will typically show up if if the remaining range is <10mi.

Are you retired? 😀 you give such great detailed answers, I figured this is what you do all day but don’t get paid. Just kidding around, you have helped me several times and I really appreciate it!
Tangenital to this topic, I learned something today I wanted to share in relation to the issue of how many miles can I really drive with what's in my tank? I read another thread that noted that Toyota usually understates the Miles To Empty (MTE). I've been suspect since I got my 2025 TX500h as I'll show 1/8 tank and it will only take 12 gallons of what's supposed to be a 17 gallon tank. I was accidentally poking around in the Lexus app and found where it said I had 200mi left, but I recalled that the gas gauge read around 101mi left to empty when I parked. I had only driven a few miles, so even if the app was slow to update, teh disparity wouldn't be close to 100 miles. I need to do a few more tests to see if this is accurate, but my hypothesis is that while the dash may be calibrated to pad the number to make sure customers never run out of gas and the app may provide a more accurate reading.
