Anyone else sometimes have trouble unplugging the charge cord from the NX right after you finish charging? I often have to do an unlock, lock, unlock dance for a minute or five, trying to get the NX to release the cord.

I make sure I hit stop charging on the app, then unlock the NX, but it won’t release the clamp in the cord. I’ve done so many variations of lock the car, unlock the car, lock, unlock the car with the door open, and it never seems to be the same combo. I try both the door buttons and the fob, no difference. It’s a little embarrassing as people wait for me to get my act together so they can start charging! Hope someone else has had this issue and figured out what’s going on. The white light is hard to see in the daylight, but when this happens at night, I can see that the light comes on at the appropriate unlock time, but it’s hard to get it there. I’m sure it’s user error. I only use ChargePoint so I don’t know if it happens with other apps or at home.

 

Not since I turned the lock off. I do all my charging at home (not public charging) so I disabled it in setting.
