NX Hybrid or Venza
All of the plugin hybrids and many of the 350h models are assembled in Japan. I am not sure about other versions, since I was not looking at those. In Southern California, I would estimate that about half of the 350h models were assembled in Japan. I made a point of getting two of those.

My 2017 ES350 was built in Kentucky, she is now 7YO and not a single issue happened. Other that oil changes and a brake fluid flush..........I am now waiting for the new Gen 8 ES hybrid. If the new ES is not build in Japan, I will most likely look for a 2-3YO low mileage CPO LC500h.
Yep, the moment the Salesperson give me the VIN with J, I said I will take it. My wife's old 08 RX350 AWD (now my teenage son's 1st car) was also made in Japan. The RX is now 17YO and 160K miles, still drives and shifts like a champ.

Before we bought our 2022 NX350H, I looked at the RAV4 Hybrid and Venza, test driving the RAV4. All are nice, reliable vehicles, however, the RAV4 didn't have the fit and finish of the NX. I actually liked the looks of the Venza but the rear storage area is pretty narrow,. similar to the 1st gen NX. The NX350H is one of the nicest vehicles I've ever owned.
Well we pick up our new Venza XLE in Pearl white with Black/java interior tomorrow. Looked high and low for a good used 350h but no luck. The dealer is giving us 3100 off sticker on the Venza so I thought that was a good deal, unlike about a year ago when they were charging over sticker. Also, not a lot of added junk except the floor mats. Really think the black/java is the neatest interior and makes it look a little more like the Lexus. They do have the laminated glass like the 350h so it should be quieter than the 2014 rav4 we had. That car was loud, so we never considered a rav4 this time. Plus like the looks of the Venza/Harrier/350h way better. Thanks for all the great info and I guess I will be signing off of club Lexus now. Great information AND not condescending like a lot of forums. Great ideas and very informative.
