Hi Dear Members,
I have an NX350 that has not equipped with lower door lights.
There is a single plastic cover there.
According to your informations, is there a cable behind?
It is possible to connect any light instrument there?
since today i was not brave enough to try removing the cover panel.
The model is NX Elegance Plus
thx. M.

The cable was there on mine. I think it depends on the model and the package you have. It's dead easy to remove and check. If it's not there, just snap the cover back into place.
I was just asking because earlier I had a BMW.
There, the answer was very simple: “all models came with the same cable wiring loom.”
The connectors are all the same.
But you’re right. Tomorrow I will try to open the lid.
Thanks for the mental support!
I decided to remove the cover and I found you were right.
The connector is there, running to a blind jack.
It’s time to order the lamps!
Respect!
I ordered my door lights from lexusacc as well, version 2 to be exact, and they look great, 3D looking and everything sharp , replaced the others that I have bought before, which had the blurry L and S letters.
I did ordered two different lights from the Aliexpress.
The first one arrived with wrong connectors, but it was easy to adjust the two pins in ought connect well. The overall cost was $8.71 That was with logo L in a circle.
I felt that has a better choice, so I was browsing more.
Later (still on Aliexpress) I’ve found the right one. The second one has multiple connectors for just $8.52 displays F Sport.
I think you can spare $90 by using this. This was the first one. And this is the second one.
I have replaced six Lexus vehicles with Lexus puddle lights. Without fail I use a thin putty knife using the corner edge and placing it in the gap in one of the upper corners. Slight slight pressure and they have all popped out easily.

What tool did you use to remove the plastic cover?
You can use whatever you have, something thin and flat, you can get trim removal tool if you like. The trick is to stick it on the right side, because the tabs on the light is only on one side, but it is pretty easy to pop those lights just stick the tool and pull the light out.
